The controller for personal data processed via digihub-lab.ai is:
Digihub AI Lab GmbH

Privacy contact: [email protected]
2. What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit this static website or send us an engagement brief or other message. It is written for Liechtenstein’s data-protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR. It is not a substitute for a contract or a complete record of every processing activity.
3. Data we collect
If you use the intake or contact form, we receive the information you choose to send, typically:
- name and work email address
- organisation and role
- indicative mandate scale and primary jurisdiction
- the substance of your brief or message
Your mail client transmits that content to us. We do not operate a hidden tracking pixel or advertising profile on this site.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to:
- review whether a Deploy engagement is a fit
- respond to you and, if appropriate, open a confidential conversation
- keep a record of incoming mandates as required for ordinary business administration
Legal bases, as applicable: steps prior to a contract at your request; our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries; and legal obligations where a record must be kept.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential browser features (for example remembering a menu state during a visit) do not require you to create an account.
6. Recipients and transfers
Briefs are read by people at Digihub who need them to assess the enquiry. We do not sell personal data. If counsel, a processor, or a hosting provider must see a message to perform a task for us, they act on our instructions and only to that extent.
If you write to us from outside Liechtenstein, your message necessarily crosses the path between your systems and ours.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, to document a declined or accepted mandate, and to meet statutory retention duties. Unqualified or unanswered promotional mail may be deleted sooner.
8. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection, and — where processing is based on consent — withdraw that consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Liechtenstein that is the Datenschutzstelle.
9. No automated decisions
We do not take legal or similarly significant decisions about you solely by automated means on the basis of this website.
10. Updates
We will revise this notice when the site or our processing changes in a material way. The version published on this page is the current one.
